Genomics Hui

Today on October the 30th Glen innes and Glen brae the teachers of the school wanted to see how and what pt England school have been up to this term with their genomics studies pt England school got into a group of  5 and the other schools got into a group of Any all the teachers sent their students into other classes and put them in groups the teachers wanted us to introduce our selfs and the work we have been working on our work for the past threw weeks first we got a peace of paper and pencil that has the genomics information When did life start when did the meteor hit the earth and cuttlefish and it was fun doing different types of Genomics even we got prizes from terry and yani oh yeah and the group that i was in with was Tevarihi leitte and donte also kevin and all the kids from the other schools got into groups with us it was fun learning different types of genomics

Yesterday the entire class was switching because our theme for the team 5 were dancing yesterday were told about dancing other songs k-pop samoan german folk dance

CHEEK CELLS

Today we are taking pictures of our cheek cells first we got some sticks and rubbed it Against our right and left side cheek then we put it on a piece of glass with water on it then we rubbed our siliver stick on the glass then we had to wait for a minute for the water on the glass to dry miss called us back to her table and we grabbed the glass and we put it under a microscope me and kruz was my partner he was’nt helping that much we looked at our cheek cells and drawed some pictures of the cheek cells and we had to see from other different zooms and write the zooms number ontop of the 10x 40x 100x those are the numbers of the cheek cells that we zoomed in on
