When doing the pose and almost breaking my back and legs it is a healthy way to build your strength even if you didn’t have any strength in you at all doing yoga really helps you and if you wanna involve other people like make videos of yoga tutorials for watchers at home and they decided to do it will help not only there family also yours everybody you no that would like to stay fit so if you want to follow instructions or watch a video of yoga

Task Desripction: Allways stay fit in anyway nessacary it helped me and my class and it would probably help you stay fit

Task Description:never give up triumph and be the best and if you would like to give people a perspective of what your doing maybe they would do it
